LineSeriesCursor bug?

Post by jrvdboom » Thu Aug 20, 2015 7:29 am

This is something that is happening since version 6.5.1, it was still okay in version 6.4.4:
When I have a chart with a line series cursor and I pan the chart, the cursor moves along as it should. But once I have moved the line series cursor with the mouse, it stays on the exact same spot when panning.

Bug or feature?

Thanks,
Joost

Yes, it is a bug. Fix will be included in the 6.5.2. assembly pack soon.

Our apologies for the trouble.

Hello,

My company wants to use LightningChart for the real time performances but this bug is currently an obstacle to its purchase. Have you any idea when will the problem be corrected ?
Also, is it possible to use a standalone version without installing the license manager utility ?

Thanks in advance.

A new assembly pack 6.5.3 is planned to Friday, September 4th.

6.5.2 assembly pack with partial fix to this LineSeriesCursor problem was released on Monday, August 24th.

Assembly packs are available for subscribing customers, they need a login to our download page. As a trialing customer, please contact our support by e-mail to get a download link.

License manager doesn't have to be installed at all. Licence key can set in LightningChartUltimate constructor parameter in code, or to LicenseKey property of LightningChartUltimate instance. LicenseKey property can be set in code or XAML.
