Hello !

I do not know the license policy. After formatting

I know I can install it on two computers.

I wonder if I can get a license after I format it.

please answer about my question.

Hello,

Please send you subscription ID and problem description to Support or Sales account. It looks like machine code has been changed after formatting and we need to deactivate license manually.
