Selection rectangle when using aspect ratio

When using aspect ratio, right bottom point of selection rectangle doesn't follow the mouse pointer. It's not a big problem, but a bit unusefull.
It occurs in "Maps" demos, for example

Yes it will do that, because it is the nature of keeping aspect ratio. When aspect ratio is used, you can't freely define the other corner. The zoom rectangle finds shows the nearest point which matches selected aspect ratio, and zoom can be applied to that then.
