If you look at the attached screenshot, you can see that View3D appears to maintain a square aspect ratio, which causes the chart to appear quite small in this rectangular pane that is much wider than it is tall.

Is it possible to change the aspect ratio so that the chart expands to fill the width of the pane?

Automatically, not possible.

In SizeChanged event handler of the chart, you can set chart.View3D.Dimensions.X, Dimensions.Y and Dimensions.Z according to your preferences.

X and Z are 100 by default. Y is 50. Growing Dimensions.X in this case to like 400 would be needed.
