Icon with Y axis Title

How can add an Icon to the chart axis Title?
One way to show custom graphics in axis title, is to use bitmap fill in the title fill. Set axis.Title.Fill.Bitmap and axis.Title.Fill.Style = Bitmap.
Other way is to show an Annotation there and set its shape to match the preferred symbol, ellipse/triangle/rectangle.
